The only thing sadder than having to call the plumber because your upstairs bathroom pipes are frozen (on a Saturday) is finding out that your awesome Australian plumber has moved out of state.

aww, that sucks! good luck w/ the pipes. we know all about frozen pipes (not here but at one of the other apts. nightmare for will last winter.)
