I made a cake for Blixa, only a couple days late.
this is a very blurry cameraphone photo of it.
It is a delicious German Chocolate Bundt Cake with streusel in the middle and coconut and chocolate chips all over it's glaze.
Yummy.
Yes, I realize that German chocolate has nothing to do with Germany, but I would hope that Blixa would like it anyway.
